Broderick D. Hennington was born in Birmingham, Alabama to Bettie Hennington George and the late Phil Hennington. He accepted Christ and received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in August 1980. He is a graduate of Miles College with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with Masters studies at Alabama A&M. He attended Producing Faith School of Ministry, and served as Bible Study Instructor at Thomas Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, where he was a member for the first twenty-three years of his life.

In 1984 God led Pastor Hennington to unite with a Non-denominational, Bible-teaching ministry where he received extensive preparation and training. He served in several positions of leadership and became a full-time staff member. He worked as an Assistant to Singles Minister; Youth Pastor, Administrator of the Church School; Book Store Manager; Director of Counseling; Director of Fellowships; Director of Education; and member of the Senior Board of Ministry. In 1986 Pastor Hennington was called into ministry and received his ministerial license. He received his Certificate of Ordination on February 24, 1994.

On Sunday, July 18, 1999, the Mayor of Tarrant City honored Pastor Hennington and the Integrity Bible Church family with a proclamation from the city of Tarrant, proclaiming the day as INTEGRITY BIBLE CHURCH DAY!

Pastor Hennington has received countless other awards and honors, including a resolution in 2005 from Mayor Bernard Kincaid, Mayor of Birmingham, Alabama.

For seven years, Pastor Hennington mentored in the City School Systems under the Adoption School Program.

He has appeared and hosted numerous programs with the local Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

Pastor Hennington and his loving wife Venandee, have been happily married since December 10, 1983. Pastor Hennington and Lady Venandee firmly believe in operating in a standard of excellence for God.
